While most of the city managed to get through the weekend's 10-inch snowfall without a snow emergency, officials on Sunday declared Center Square a no-parking area for most of today

to allow plows to clean out the streets.

But officials were also bracing for the possibility of a citywide emergency as another storm heads here from the Southwest.
